With us, apricot season means taste, freshness, and variety. It all begins in late June with Farely, an early-season apricot known for its generous size, juicy flesh, and delicate sweetness—the perfect way to start summer. In early July, Kioto takes over, offering firm, sweet fruit that’s loved for its consistency and excellent shelf life—ideal for those who enjoy a crisp bite. By mid-July, you’ll find Bergeval, a balanced variety with tender flesh and a rich, traditional flavor, developed from the renowned Bergeron line. Then comes Bergerouge, with its beautifully colored skin and delicious taste, harvested from mid to late July—a real treat for both fresh eating and cooking. Finally, we finish the season with our iconic Bergeron, available from late July into early August. Famous for its intense flavor and fragrant aroma, it’s the classic French apricot, perfe ct for enjoying fresh or making jam, pies, and more.
