A Jewel of Solliès-Pont with an unforgettable taste
The PDO Bourjassottes figs of Solliès-Pont are real gems of the Provence region. Emblems of an exceptional terroir and an ancestral knowledge. Their thin skin with a deep violet, nearly black, contains a sweety and juicy pulp, delicately tainted of pink and red. Each mouthful is an explosion of flavors : a fruity sweetness which reminds us honey, with slightly acidic notes, and this typical floral touch from the Bourjassotte variety. It’s a sensory journey that awakes the tastes buds, a true ode of gluttony.
